    "Unity Developers’ Choice
An app created with commercial versions of both the Vuforia SDK and Unity platforms"

... and on the entry page:

"To qualify for Unity Developer’s Choice, your Vuforia app must have been developed using commercial versions of the Vuforia SDK and Unity. "

Unity and Vuforia both have a free 'commercial use' version anyway so it is probably a non-issue. I just wanted to clarify.

For the Unity Awards' Category, you can submit an app that's made with Unity using a paid or free version of the Vuforia SDK. When we say "commercial version" we mean that you must use a fully released version of the SDK, not a beta version of Vuforia SDK.

And to clarify further, you may enter your Unity app into any category (including the Unity Developers' Award category) with an app that is built with either Unity Personal (free) or Unity Pro edition.

Thank you very much for the clarification.
I hope 5.1 came with a fix for the standard shader bug.
Will try in an hour or so.
