Vuforia link object animation to another marker

good day all,

dam working with AR project using vuforia ..

a few days ago I was asking if there anyway to do something like Animals 4D+

after searching internet i learned that there is no way to do that only through animation trigger or something to check if the other marker in front of camera or not all I need to know how to write script that do this ..

iam not a developer so I can't write it please give me some help with that even if you want to share the project budget with me.

what I need to do is to link the object animation of marker to appearing of another marker in from of the camera
