Unity staff must love Antares Universe. Asset Store is up to date already. Downloading
Unfortunately, one bug has been found after last release. Don't use the MiniMap in zoom mode. It can mix your nodes in one hip.
Hotfix has been already uploaded, but will be available after approving.
The fixed trial version will be uploaded ~ 7 am in GMT
1.09 hotfix is available on AssetStore. Done.

Fixed some inconvenient stuff in this editor.
"Show default Component editor" are shown under every Unity Components in Universe Inspector window.
(you can see this feature in the wireframe screenshot above (but closed) or here in this screen)

Is it possible to access variables on a shader (like a range slider) with vizio? If so, how would that look?
Yes, it is possible. Currently like in the attached picture.
But I think, we will expand this functionality in the future.
1.15 On AssetStore
New Feature : Builtin LOD Manager.
Built-in LOD system of Universe is able to process thousands of objects simultaniously in less then 1 ms (for all objects).
Mesh Controller swaps the mesh of the controlled object to one of 3 predefined meshes when distance to camera is changed. If camera is not set, Camera.main is being used.

Very well done. A tool like this LOD system by itself already makes Universe be worth its price.
I have purchased Vizio since version 1.0 (beta), after I upgrade to latest version (show version 1.1.4(beta)), it pop up Antares non-commercial free version banner everytime I run Vizio. It's a bug, or my download mess up?

I have no experience using virtool,
1. What is the difference between using this tool and writing unity scripts directly? Will it improve our effiency? Is a block a wrapper of unityscript?
2. Will it affect the performance (frame per second)?
3. Shall we get update forever?
4. I am learning unityscript, should I have good knowloge of scripting before using this tool?

2. No. Our Core is very fast and optimized. We have no CPU penalty in most cases.
3. Yes, at least for next major release. Now we still in pre Release stage. In this case, I thing you will have free updates till release version 2.0. About one yaer or so.
About that , Universe will help you understand unityscript a lot more and faster, I have learned a great deal more since got my hands on it
But we just removed some needless methods and created several universal blocks instead.
Is it possible to drag a script into vizio and have it see what variables I can assign like I can in the inspector? I'm trying to change the Quarry variable in the script in UnitySteer called SteerForPursuit. So if the obj its pursuing is destroy it starts pursuing another one.
Is this possible with Vizio?
