Video Video Streaming on PS4

Hi,
We are trying to use Video Player Component (that comes with unity 2017.1) to play video file from internet server on PS4 without success.
e.g: when we are trying to play file "http://download.blender.org/peach/bigbuckbunny_movies/BigBuckBunny_640x360.m4v" on PS4, we are getting this log with error:

Embedded (local) video files can be played without any problems.
Please assist.
