Video Capture Card as Texture

Hi, I want to use video capture card to get the my screen shot as texture.

I found that there's a plugin (AVPro), and it seems that it needs the specific capture card(BlackMagic DeckLink)

Q1: I just want to know which kind of the video capture card are other people use for getting the screen record in real time as texture?

Q2: Is AVPro/BlackMagic DeckLink work?

Q3: Also I found some talks that I can use webcamtexture which may consider the video capture card as a virtual webcam. What kind of the video capture card can be used ?

If there's someone can give me some advice I will really appreciate!
