unable to create account on Unity Wiki

I tried logging into the Unity wiki with my Unity credentials but it does not know my username for here.

Therefore I tried creating an account and got this error: "Unknown error in PHP's mail() function."

I had surpassed the 50-character bio requirement and supplied both "unity" and "Unity3D" to the captcha.

The front page suggested I tag @NCarter or @Tenebrous or @oPless_

Same here. I tried searching issue tracker for this as well but the search field isn't accepting input. Things are breaking all over.
