Total user in analytics different from iTunes connect.

    I have data from iTunes connect only 7 days data for user download my apps, total is 150 now but in your analytics, I checked everyday, the total user only 23 till today? Which one is right?

    Same issue here. During the last two days my app had around 200 downloads in iTunes but analytics says that they were 70. It also says that I have an amount of 373 downloads in Japan but the analytics segment builder says that I only have 10 users. This is a confunsing situation that makes me feel like I have no idea about my app status =s

    Our Analytics system is only able to count a user once they run your game; iTunes connect can count when a user downloads your app, so that may be one possible source of a discrepancy.

    I would need more details about your app to give a more specific answer. Would you be able to submit a support ticket?

    Please include your project ID and the user totals from iTunes Connect across the relevant time range.
