Time out on svn for assembla

I'm getting constantly failing builds as a result of "Operation timed out" errors while accessing the SVN. This was somewhat consistant with Unfuddle svns, but now that we switched to assembla for a few reasons the pull is failing basically constantly. I saw some topics about a fix in testing but those were a few months ago I wanted to know if this was still in testing (and I'd like to get my project added to it if so) or if this change has been pushed out and I'm experiencing an unrelated issue.
