Some extra into field when skipping job offer

    Hi,

    Could be nice to have extra dropdown or free text field to pass info when skipping job offer..

    Like,
    "not available at the moment, but feel free to contact later again" or something similar..

    *just to give some extra info to the company, so that they don't think user is not interested at all.
