Simulating Emissive Emergency Lights in Unity 5

    Hi everyone, Rafael from FlipSwitch Games here. We are currently working on an emergency simulation title called "EmergeNYC".

    We are using the asset Sonic Ether Bloom Emissive Shaders (https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/17324) to simulate our emergency lights which gives us a nice effect at close range but nothing what were looking for from a distance.



    You can see in the video above (fast forward to 6:00) how emissive and visible emergency lights are from a distance.

    In the video below is gameplay of EmergeNYC where you will see the emissive effect were looking for at a distance simply doesn't compare at all.



    Does anyone know how to edit the code in a shader to add an effect like this or know any shaders that currently exist that can do something like this?

    We are willing to pay if someone can help us accomplish this effect.
