Severe editor input lag when platform is set to Android

    I'm working on a VR game in Unity. When the platform is set to Windows the editor runs great. When I switch it to Android however every single mouse click, file navigation, etc has an input latency of 10 seconds or more. It makes the editor totally unusable. I'm at a loss as to where to even begin to troubleshoot.

    I don't have many editor scripts. I can't for the life think of me of any of the editor scripts I do have (MeshBaker, MeshMaker, TerrainComposer, InControl, and Simplygon) that would behave erratically when set to Android. I've also tried the force opengl switch. My game runs fine on standalone.

    It's just unity. The rest of my PC is running fine. CPU isn't even at 10% either. I've tried setting Untiy's priority levels to different levels and that hasn't helped.

    I'm on Unity 5.4.1f1 Personal.

    Has anyone ran into this? What helps?
