Scaling issue with Tiled Map

    My sprite size is 32w x 45h, my map size is 64tiles x 64tiless. Using Tiled2Unity to export the map what should the scale be? I want to know what I should use to calculate the required scale vector, is it ok to just go by eye and resize the camera and sprite image so that it looks "ok"(wing it) in relation to the level? I am making an RPG game.
