Rotated UI Images wobble when scrolling

Hey guys.
I have made a video showcasing the issue. When I have anything that is rotated and I move it across the screen up or down it wobbles from left to right.
When I set the rotation back to 0 the wobbling stops.

EDIT : looking at the video I see its hard to see when viewing not FULLSCREEN. Please see the vid in fullscreen if you are having problems noticing the wobble

 

I'm guessing it's because your canvas uses Pixel Perfect.
Maybe try to disable it when you scroll.
