Question on combing features of two different assets

HI, not sure where to ask this question but hoping someone here might be able to answer. My question is that I like uMMORPG and plan to use it to create an mmo, but I also like certain features of RPGAIO which contains tools for pets/mounts and their tool for creating new skills is also better. Is it possible to just take these features or the code and add them to a uMMORPG project? I would use only RPGAIO but its not an mmo tool kit just rpg and from what I have read it is a lot of trouble turning a single player game into a multiplayer one.
