I see no way to make an account at the "Made With Unity" website, or any of the links in the OP. All I see are 5 or 6 games. No links to anything.

I don't see a "tell your story page" even when I click the link in the OP. Is this dead?

 

I have tried each of the links in your posting and none of them take me to a page that contains any options to create a profile or post a store.
