Does anyone have more info for perpetual license upgrades?

It looks like this is a dead link, leading to Not Available

    Hmm.. Silent snub :(

I notice that the link has been updated silently. Can anyone help with figuring out how the upgrade works for this perpetual license customer?

"Sorry, this offer is not available yet."
That's what I get when I visit the link, You might want to wait a few days; weeks.
Perhaps it glitched out and has shown it to you early.

Just spoke with the team working on this, so here is some info.

The reason for that is either:

    A. the person is not the account owner

    B. they try to claim the offer with a wrong (old?) email.

The answer is a standard “error” message which a user gets if s/he is not signed in with the correct email that entitles to the offer.

To claim your offer, you need to be both:
    • The person who purchased your Unity Pro perpetual license, not just an end-user.
    • The administrator of the account which holds your Unity Pro perpetual license.
    • If you are both of these, you can claim your offer at offer.unity.com. You will need to login to your account with the same email address you used when you purchased your Unity Pro perpetual license.

Wouldn't it make sense to include those details instead of just showing "Sorry, this offer is not available yet"?
