    Playflame was established in 2009 by a group of passionate gamers who set out to create simple but unique, fun and addictive games. Our games have been downloaded more than 12 million times with hundred of thousands of new players every month.

    
We’re looking to expand our small team with a Game Designer who is as passionate about providing fun experiences and is as serious about great game design as us!

    
As our Game Designer, you’ll design, tweak, balance and set up game ecosystems. You’ll analyze, test out and optimize game systems. You’ll flex your creative muscles looking for ways in improving player experiences and you’ll work with a great interdisciplinary team in making it a reality.

    
Qualifications:

    - Has an analytical mind, resourceful and able to think critically.

    - Has an excellent feel for balancing games.

    - Good in mathematics.

    - Knowledgeable about free to play ecosystems.

    - Preferably has experience analyzing game usage data

    - Preferably has at least 3 years experience designing games.
