Is there a performance difference in Unity, if you import all your animations in ONE FBX file, instead of using multiple files? Or is it the same after compiling/building?

Is it more or less draw calls, memory, cpu, etc? This is for a mobile game.

I've done it both ways and have not experienced any performance issues. Note - I've not measured if one versus the other increases build size, file size or frame rate increase/decrease comparisons.
Best to test if you want definitive answer - as it probably depends entirely upon length of animations and complexity of rigs within the files.
