Welcome to the forums! In response to your question, it depends on many things. Did you have anything in mind? What is the complexity? Do you have a game design document or an outline of the game? What are your skills? If you don't have any skills that can transfer over to game development, what specific job are you interested? I know that's a lot of questions, but every one of those matter for a beginner.

BTW, it's ok to share your concept here, we're all hobbyists/professionals. Plus we have other things to do besides take someone's concept.

I want to make a very very basic game but fun still. I am good at website design and a little coding.

Simple and elegant huh. That's a good way to start. Have you looked at any unity based tutorials? I recommend you start there. To answer your question in the first post, anything is possible, you just have to know how to make it happen. The engine doesn't make the developer.

I'm not experienced enough to teach. Go here: http://forum.unity3d.com/forums/23-Teaching and look through the announcement (sticky) threads. That would be your best bet.

Look at the race car tutorial from unity if you want to know how to make a racing game.

That's what I would do too. Before that, I would learn how unity works and work with C# and/or JS first
