I've recovered my projects back now.

    Unity 5.6.0b9

I tried to remove some folder on Project Explorer ( It's empty folder, Before it's audio folder like attack 01,
attack 02 sound effect ) then Unity freezing for a sec ( It's normal thing when delete Unity will freeze for a sec ) >
Then I go on website watching something for waiting Unity doing their process.

Now I've come back after a while It's still freezing >
Then I was going to Task manager > Saw Unity not responding.

And I was swap to Visual Studio pop-up show to reload > I reload all. ( It's normal thing )

I'm nervous now and going to Window Explorer > My Project > It's gone it's all gone!! **********

Why! Oh my god! What is going on?

I will system restore now oh my god oh my god.

Oh man! I knew I should've used version control. Oh man! nobody on forums has any sympathy.

Sounds brutal but yeah - people, please. Version control. Daily backups at minimum.

It's bad enough to have no backups at all after that long time... but not even doing one when using a beta version?

Download page and all sticky posts say "Remember to backup your project before running it in a Unity beta"

Just a reminder to anyone else reading this thread.
