Mp4 files played in unity ?

I want to create an educational game. It starts with a scene then it has multiple choice questions about that scene, I found some good tutorials on making multiple choice questions on unity but i dont know how am I going to do the scene ? Can I get a scene in mp4 format and just place it inside my project or what do I do ?
