Maya Animation Axis Question

    Maya is using the Right hand coordinate system, and Unity 3D is using the Left hand coordinate system.
    When both y axis point top and z axis point forward, their x axis is pointing different direction.
    After imports models with animations from maya to Unity, the object is translated to right by set a positive value x axis in unity. And the object us translated to left by set a positive value in x axis in maya.

    I know the x axis is reverted in maya. By the rules, the animation with x axis should be reverted but it seems normal. Why the animation will not be affected?
