[Mac Editor] Null Reference Exception doesn't click to monodevelop

    Another (minor, but annoying) change:

    If I have a NullReferenceException, usually clicking on that in the console window will open Monodevelop and highlight the line where the exception occurred.

    This doesn't happen in RC3, but it's a very valuable debugging tool - can we have it back? :)

    I believe this had been fixed in RC3+ but maybe I'm wrong ...
