Low FOV without loosing quality and pixels

HI everyone
I fill like this is a pretty simple matter but I can't make it work,
I want to lower my fov to make a zoom scope but when I do that the quality gets bad and you can see pixels and stuff, if you have a solution to making the quality better on a low FOV I would really love to hear.
