Live stream disabled

    Hello,
    On my new game analytics page, the live stream tab is disabled. I didn't need to do anything to enable it on the first game. did something change ? how to activate it ?

    The Live Stream feature is only available to Plus and Pro license holders. Licenses are attached to an organization, so only projects under that organization will have the plus/pro features.

    Please check if the project is under the same organization. Let me know if you need any further help :)

    @Titan216,

    @BenStoneman is correct that you will typically need a Plus (or Pro) subscription for the Livestream feature.

    However, there is another scenario where one project would have that feature while another wouldn't. We made sure that all projects that existed before the Pro / Plus subscriptions were announced still had access to all Analytics features, including Livestream. So if your first game was created before June 28, 2016, then it would have Livestream available, but new projects would not.
