Hello everyone, I changed my OS a few days ago as Linux Mint and I installed Unity but it stucking at start screen everytime. I took a screenshot and put it to attachments. I installed all dependencies and recommended packages at here: https://forum.unity3d.com/threads/unity-on-linux-release-notes-and-known-issues.350256/ But it is still same... Do anyone have any idea about this ?
Might be an old error, although I haven't see it around. Open your terminal and do this: mkrdr -p ~/.local/share/unity3d/Packages Source: https://forum.unity3d.com/threads/starting-into-black-recent-screen.384332/
Also, check ~/.config/unity3d/Editor.log for error messages. On Gentoo, I had to install nodejs + npm for the welcome screen to open up (it seems to use nodejs for the collaboration features which are now part of the launcher).
