Is there any way I can play a youtube video using just its URL in my app? (Unity v.5.6.0)

I want to stream youtube videos in my app. I want to use just there URL so that I don't have to download and store the videos. I have used WWW class but it's showing playback error. Is there any way to make this possible? preferably without using any assets.

 

at least you'll need to get the actual video 'download' url (cannot use the youtube url ...watch?v=M9hcz3DtEtg)

maybe youtube api can give that, but i'm using this plugin to retrieve the actual .mp4 video url
