    Hello everyone!

For those not aware, a number of online services have been intermittently unavailable due to DDoS attacks on a large DNS provider. This has affected services like Twitter, Github, Paypal, Zendesk and more.

Things are stabilizing now, but please be aware that a few Unity services have been affected.

    Unity Cloud Build:
For the latest on potential build failures please visit this thread.

    Paypal and various payment processors:
If you have tried to make a purchase today and received multiple invoices for the same transaction (or experienced other payment issues) please contact us at support@unity3d.com with your invoice number(s) to get this sorted out.

    Support ticketing system:
Please be aware that due to the DNS attack, our support ticketing system has been working intermittently which may mean slower than usual response time. However things are stabilizing now, so please continue to send any issues you have through to support@unity3d.com and our wonderful support team will be replying to these as quickly as they can.

Thanks for your patience while we work around the DNS issues.
