Image in gamespace but not in hierarchy and unable to remove it in Editor

Hello,

I have a strange issue. I have an Image that's floating in the gameworld that I cannot click on in the Editor and remove. I've selected everything in the hierarchy and deleted everything, and its still sitting in the space. I'm not sure how to go about deleting it or how it got there in the first place.

Is there a way we can view a list of ALL objects on screen? I imagine that's exactly what the hierarchy is but, I'm still getting this image even when the hierarchy has been erased entirely.
