I didnt realise beta 1 has been out for a few days already

Hi,

With previous unity betas a message was posted to the forum to let everyone know when a new beta was out. This doesnt seem to have happened with 2017.1 beta 1 yet, but it has been out for a few days.

So I thought I would post this message just in case anyone else hadnt realised.

Actually it was published yesterday evening.

 

I think it was the evening before that since I already downloaded it yesterday lunchtime (UK time)

If it weren't for following various UT members on Twitter I wouldn't have known about the beta.

 

Timezones I guess because that tweet has a date of late Wednesday evening for me!

Anyway I wish I had more to say about 2017.1 beta 1 but I havent done much with it yet other than check my metal stuff is still working on mac like it does in 5.6
