How to play mp4 video in HoloLens

My Unity version is 5.4.0. I find a lot of video playback plugins in the Asset Store, but almost not compatible with Windows Store platform. With the original MovieTexture is also very troublesome, need to use QuickTime Player transcoding. I would like to achieve in the network to play mp4 video, I would like to ask how to do?

If you can't get the MovieTexture to work, this asset will also do the trick.
