How do I get the money from Unity Ads if I were to put it on the App Store?

If you have implemented unity ads, you will see the impressions in the unity ads admin console.
After reaching an earning of more than 100$, you can request your money from unity technologies.

Hi there, in order to withdraw out your profit, you must hit at least $100

Once you hit requirement, head over to your ads dashboard : https://unity3d.com/unity/features/ads then login

After login, you will see a tab called Invoicing, click on it and the instructions will be there, just follow them and you'll be fine

Can you guys show me a filled out template of both the invoices as I am facing difficulties in filling it.You can of course cover up the personal credentials.And it is written in the instructions page that we should send the invoices in pdf format but one of the invoice templates is in xls format.Will I have to convert it to pdf ?
