Hololens + Vuforia - Objects tracked appear too far

    Hi,

    I tested the Hololens example and is normal all tracks objects appearing 2 or 3 meters far?

    ImageTarget start position : 0,0,0
    and the child object position: 0,0,0

    And always appear extreme too far.

    This is a bug? or need an special configuration / trick ?

    P.D: Unity version 5.6 and sdk 6.2.10

    Any have experience with it?

    Answer: This is because of a mismatch in the size of the printed image target vs the width/height that it is specified in Unity. Depending on whether this value is larger or smaller than the actual dimensions of the target, the hologram may appear floating in front of or behind the target instead of on the target.
