GPU Instancing shader does not appear in editor

    I am keen to look into what the GPU instancing is capable of and have been looking through the documentation.

    The above link link suggests that you can create a Standard Surface Shader (Instanced) through the editor. However when I follow the instructions of Create > Shader > ... the instanced option is missing.

    Am I missing some part in my Unity install? I would like to see what the built in instanced shader is like before trying anything else out. I am updated to Unity 5.6.0f3.
