GlobalFog not publically accessible

    Is there a reason that the GlobalFog class is not publically accessible in the UnityStandardAssets.ImageEffects namespace?

    I noticed that for all ImageEffects... They're only accessible if the script with the reference to them is located in the Standard Assets folder.
    Or are we missing something?
