Hi, i got this error message when i tried to publish my project repo:
"GitRepoService::NameTakenError: The name of a file or directory is already taken: case must match."

    I didn't remember what i did. I use Unity 5.5.0p3.

Is there any way to forcefully publish it?

I am also with these people, I assume it is an incorrectly named file, but it does not tell me what the file is... This has been happening for a few weeks, about since the first post here was made.

@armandleggames, I'm sorry that you've been running into this error for so long. Did you try looking in your Editor log? It should say the name of the conflicting file (granted that it won't know whether it was the name of the file or one of the folders that file is in that was changed, we're looking into ways to clear that up). You can find your Editor log here.

I just started getting this bug -- and there's no solution. Other than to make a whole new collab project.
