Geometry/Tessellation Glitch

    I've been playing a bit with a shader that tessellated geometry and then creates some quads.
    I got it mostly working, the problem is that the final results seems to render strangelly on top of some other surfaces, see this short video:

    Any idea where this issue might be coming from?
