It's going to be an open world where you can do anything you want and everything is destructible. I need programmers, artists, and modellers.

I'm not sure. Better make a thread asking if Unity can do this.

Am I this only one to own Basic Programing for the Atari 2600?

That thing was awesome, it could store like 15 lines of code that you had to put in with the paddle controller!

I recognized it right away but Misterselmo answered by cheating. Cheater. Cheatster. GameGenie. Like the dog in the picture (from the little known Atari game "Dog Programming 101"), I have no idea what I'm doing. Back to work.

Hey man, dang old... us young folks can't really rely on having seen things that went out of circulation before we were conceived. Luckily, I know pretty much everything else, including reverse image lookup. :B :B :B

I did. The keyboard don't have ALT, { } curly braces, ` tilde, Alt and you had to press certain combination of keys to do things.

In order to do drawing, it was quite hard.
    You had a color palette of 16, 32, 64, 256, 16128, 32256 and 65536 colors, depending on 8-bit, 16-bit and duplex mode.

It is up to me then, an unaffiliated 3rd party, to request that you link your game to the post which is getting the attention. Then we can all see it, and it was a request that it be there.

I did not know that existed.

I vaguely remember having a on screen keyboard pop up, the scrolling through the letters with the paddle. I was very young when we had it.

It's a long time ago. I was schooling around 1980's.

Do you remember playing Pong or Dig Dug in the arcades?

OMG Dig Dug is so addictive...

I used to see all the boys play that game. Gradius, King's Quest, Space Quest...

    https://archive.org/details/DRAGONII

You'll have to refer to Interrupt assembly op-codes using RB's Interrupt List to decipher what the assembly does.

The CGA and EGA op-codes were not very well known in the 1980's.
Now use OpenGL or DirectX or use full solution - Unity.

Trying to get a dynamic level generation working with Unity NavMesh. There was varying success for my use cases before I finally gave up and went to Aron Granberg's A* Pathfinding...

Also, tracking down a javascript bug in dataSource handling in pretty much any library/framework resembling MV* [credit]
