Filter Custom Events by parameter

We are trying to configure the analytics Custom Events for our app.
During the learning process we figured out that we needed to change the logic of the events we are using.
We have a few copies beta testing with external partners so we get some data with the old logic from time to time.
While setting up the event data i added a version parameter so i can filter data from previous versions.
I know how i can filter them in tools ( like the segment builder ).
I know that i can filter event types in the Event Manger.
My question is:
Did I miss a feature where i can dismiss all custom events that don't have a certain property not set or the property value is not in a specified range. i.e. Ignore all Custom Events where TrackingVersion is not set or less than 1

If you have a Unity Pro subscription, then you have access to Raw Data Export that would allow you do download all your Custom Event data. From there, you could import into a local database and perform your queries.
