Question Editor Test Runner not working after upgrading to 2017.1.0f3

    Is there anyone using the editor test runner window without any issue after upgrading to 2017.1.03f?

    I am unable to run any test via the editor. If I click "run selected" to execute even just the default unity test template, Unity Editor becomes unresponsive and needs to be closed via task manager (task manager shows Unity consuming 30% cpu).

    Editor.log says nothing.

    For some reason, running via command line works fine and executes all my tests without issues.

    i forgot to mention i am using Windows 7.

    Even "right click->open source code" option is not working.

    any tips on how to troubleshoot this? is there another related log than Editor.log?

    update:

    1. i got "right click->open source code" working after moving the test files to the root Editor folder. Menu continues to work after returning them back to the non root Editor folder.

    2. PlayMode test is working fine. EditMode test makes UnityEditor unresponsive.

    no one?

    2017 version is a tremendous let down.

    might as well just stick to the old version.
