Dynamic grass example here

    Could anyone point me in the right direction with the grass moving like this...



    is it just multiple hinge and anchor joints? How would one simulate the wind? Does anyone know a good plugin?

    Hey I didn't forget about you!! I've been working on something, it's not perfect by any mean it requires a lot of work but can be a start. I made it using hinges and graass sections with a big angular drag. This is how it looks stopped..



    After play..



    And I made a little scene ussing Keney assets to see if it can handle hundreds



    It can, but they don't interact well with each other.. may you can try eliminating the collision detection between each piece of grass??

    anyway, I left the project here so you can check it out and see if this helps you in any way..

    Yeah I found that blog but didn't try what he says, I was wondering if there was a way to do it without any script.. It was a fun challenge, even with the not so great results haha
