Do we have a FAQ on how to correctly ask questions?

I can't find a place where it is stated on how to correctly ask questions. I would like to explain my issue and upload a small sample scene. But how do I do this correctly? Do I export a unity package with all the assets and scene included or can I somehow share the project in a more suitable way? If yes do I really need to use an external file hoster to attack a 4.5 mb file?

 

There's no real FAQ. There's forum specific ones.

If you have questions about scripts, the proper way to do that is to post the script in the thread. For visual things, (unlisted) youtube videos, gifs or pictures are good ways to go about it.

The thing is, a lot of forum members refuse to download filed (for security reasons). That's not due to any policy, it's just preference. So people who post assetbundles or download links generally don't get very many replies.
