Config Dialog Banner - Size issues

Hello guys,

I have a image banner with correct dimensions as manual information, 432px X 163px.
I imported the image as asset with settings below.
The final result is below, but for some reason, it seems the image dont gets correct margin to all sides at the painel of the dialog window. I want to fix the red marked areas, make the image more near the border of the painel, because at bottom image almost touch the painel black border, at top, i have 4px or 5px space, at right i have 4px or 5px space, and at left i have around 3px to 4px space...
Dunno how to fix this alignment, already tryed several diferent import asset settings, even checked that the image is not power of 2...

Any help is appreciated. I started using unity recently and getting around basic stuff and getting used to editor and windows.
