[Closed] Collab is Blank

Hi, I'm having this horrible issue with Unity 5.6.1f1 and MacOS 10.12.5.
My Collab toolbar and History tab are Blank

I have tried these recomendations:

- Restart Unity
- Log out/Log in in Unity Account
- Close/ReOpen tab
- Reload tab
- Delete Unity 5.6.1f1 and Install Unity 5.6.2
- Delete everything in Library/Unity/Browser/Cache
- Connecting from my home network
- Rename the node_modules folder from Unity/Packages
- Got to these links
http://localhost:38000/unity/service/collab/localChanges --> Works fine
http://localhost:38001/unity/service/collab/localChanges --> This site can't be reached
http://localhost:38002/unity/service/collab/localChanges --> This site can't be reached

I have uploaded a bug report to the Collab team (#117863)
And I uploaded the bug to Unity team also

Help!

 

Same here... fulvio, where you from? Maybe it is something related to IP of some region, because I am Brazilian and I know at least 3 brazilians with the same problem.

 

Argentina, my partner using Windows had the same issue. But, he solved it changing to another pc. I can't do that

 

Hi @fulvioKidloom and @arthurciappinam! I'm so sorry you're running into this issue. Would either of you be willing to try our Network Reporter tool to check the condition of your network? You can DM me your log file after you run it.
