Charisma - Architectural Visualization Project

    Hey Everyone,

    I just put the last finishing touches on this arch vis project I have developed for my client, Muduxx Inc. (http://maduxx.com). Everything is in Unity 5 and rendered with real-time dynamic lighting.



    The original mesh delivered form the architectural firm was well over 2.75 million triangles. This required a lot of optimization and baking down to become real-time friendly.All of the textures are PBR based and generally created quickly with a Substance Designer workflow I created which quickly takes photo sources to final texture maps in game. Tree models are from SpeedTree and smaller vegetation I created in some cases with high resolution source models.

    I am using the uSky time of day system and created custom controllers for the lightings, glow shaders and post effects driven by the time of day. Some of the camera animations were done using Camera Path Animator.
