Can't publish new projects

I fill it all, click Publish and nothing happens. It stays on the same page no errors, no messages, nothing.
Is there any problem at the site right now?

When I click Publish, the button changes very briefly to a circle then back to button.
I'm on mac Sierra, tried on Chrome and Safari.

Found the problem. If I leave the Google Play link empty, it works.
When I update the project, the same thing happens. When Google Play link is filled, the Update button does nothing.

The same problem if you've written too much in the description. No errors. No notifications about character limit.

 

@markp-unity , since you're listening, see the attached image, I find this innapropriate.
I accepted someone's contact request and Connect sent a message to him in my name. Looks like I actually typed that message and want to start a conversation, and I don't really.

 

A notification like "Roger accepted your request. You can talk on this channel." is ok.
But that message, even with different color or indicator, is too much.
