Can't get past Terms and Conditions modal window

    I wanted to activate the courseware but when I click on the terms and conditions video all I can see is a white blank page. The other videos have a lock on them. I guess I'm supposed to see a term and conditions page which I should accept.

    No solution to this?? How am I supposed to use that?
