"Cannot Download Entry" error in unity collab

I'm not able to download go back to previous versions of my project and my partner cannot update to the las versions that I have uploaded on the project, I try looking on the forum for posible solutions, but I didn't found any solution to my problem I always get the same error : "Cannot Download Entry"

i tried many times today and yesterday but whatever i do i always end up with this
Any help would be appreciated!

Jupp error is back, this is bad, got deadline in seven hours!

 

You can fix it by suppressing your old folder and downloading the whole thing back...
It's not really fast but for me, this is the only solution so far.

Maybe Unity team has a quicker solution ?
