You have 5 posts and 4 of them are asking people to convert models for you... You should be getting these models in a format that you can work with already. Get them from sources that provide FBX or .Blend files... or ask your designer to send them in the correct format.

People should also be leery about converting random models because we don't know where they came from and they could be pirated / copyright.
