Can I send a game to someone so they can publish it.

Kind of a hypothetical question, but I've been wondering. Say if I didn't have enough money to purchase a license and pro, and I wanted to publish a game to the App Store and the play store. Can I send the project to someone else so they can publish it for me?

 

Your question doesn't make much sense. You don't need pro to publish a game.

And what license are you talking about? The apple developer fee?

And, yes, you can have someone else publish the game for you, but if you're still making revenue more than 100k per year and you keep using Unity, you need to get plus or pro.
